SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. Commits to Long Term Expansion in Pennsylvania

PITTSBURGH, PA, March 28, 2007 - James Marczak, President & CEO of SYCOR AMERICAS Inc., a leading international consulting firm specializing in business process improvement and information technology, announced today that the company has selected Pittsburgh as the permanent home of its headquarters in the Americas.

improvement and information technology, announced today that the company has selected Pittsburgh as the permanent home of its headquarters in the Americas.

SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. accepted a three-year incentive offer totaling $440,000 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Allegheny County to focus its expansion in Pittsburgh,
Marczak said. The funds will be used to enhance the company`s training and recruiting programs, and will complement a $3 million planned investment by SYCOR AMERICAS Inc.
to expand its offices in Pittsburgh.

The company plans to increase its North American skilled workforce to more than 100 by 2009, Marczak reported. SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. employed one person in Pittsburgh as
recently as 2005, but has embarked on a plan for growth that included the possibility of relocating its Americas headquarters to Montreal, Canada. Marczak expressed his appreciation for the support and assistance offered by Governor Ed Rendell and Allegheny County Chief Executive Dan Onorato, as well as officials at the Allegheny Conference on Community Development.

"The tremendous support that we received was very instrumental in our decision to make Pennsylvania our home for this aggressive growth," Marczak said. "The state was in a
competitive situation and really enhanced the total package making Pennsylvania the perfect fit for our expansion in the Americas region".
