SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. Announces Name Change of Canadian Based Subsidiary

PITTSBURGH, PA, April 26, 2007 - James Marczak, President & CEO of SYCOR AMERICAS Inc. and Canadian-based subsidiary Business Connection America Group Inc., a leading international consulting firm specializing in business process improvement and information technology, announced today that the company has changed the name of their Montreal based subsidiary Business Connection America Group Inc.

Effective immediately the new name of the Business Connection America Group Inc is:

New Company Name: SYCOR CANADA Inc.
